Hi everyone, today I’m showing you how to make an easy crockpot vegetarian dinner. We’re cooking a crockpot seitan stew. This is inspired by a Portuguese dish called Jardineira, and this is my first time making it on my crockpot, so bear with me. This a great recipe for meal prepping because it yields an absurd amount of food.
