I love savory-sweet sauces and this quick, easy and creamy peanut sauce is absolutely delicious.
It’s perfect for salads, noodles, and stir-fries, and it pairs particularly well with my vegetarian spring rolls.

Creamy savory-sweet peanut sauce | Vegetarian
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
Pinch red chilli flakes
6 tablespoons water
- In a small bowl, mix 1/3 of a cup peanut butter, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 pinch of red chilli flakes.
- Whisk, adding 1 tablespoon of water at a time, until you get your preferred consistency ( I use about 6 tablespoons of water).
